Minimal Testing for Cortisol treatment? Doctor list?

I just talked to "another" doctor, they said they may look at my saliva test, but I would have to take thier special blood tests, $1400.00 without insurance. I have extreem adrenal fatige, but 'normal' am cortisol. Hypothyroid is under control.

Just wondering what the 'minimal' testing, other than saliva, which shows adrenal fatigue, that your doctor needed before treating with hydrocortisone?
