Here in the UK I went to my local doctors surgery and the Mirena was simply removed by a nurse. It took seconds and didn't hurt at all. That was last November and I'm feeling great now.Just returned from a family holiday in France and it was the first holiday I've enjoyed for years. No weird aches and pains,headaches or exhausation.
