having worked in a slaughter house and on a farm i can tell you that the probability of getting pure unadultarated calfs liver is very low....There are many sources of vegetables that can provide the vitamins needed.
gerson patients caught a very nasty bug from eating raw liver and it became obvious to him 50 years ago that the animal industry had become badly contaminated...tody it is much worse.
Having a source of organic and fresh goats liver would be a different proposition...but it still involves a terrified slaughter and all the stress hormones that flood the body.
