A good argument can be made either way on using this.
Intracellular stuff like Hanta, Marburg, all Mycoplasmas etc would benefit from the penetration power. If one wanted to really suffer one could use it with the Lyme cyst frqs...kind of a torture treatment...

On the downside, it can leave you very toxic and take several days to repair since you would blow up layers deep that may be difficult/impossible to access and clear.

So the Doctrine won't use them but if you are willing to be a zombie for a few days after then go for it.
Using it for stuff like Hanta and Marburg to clear Kidneys may be beneficial regardless of toxicity...
