I have done an 8 day Water Fast before and my skin was not so good during fasting, but afterwards I had the skin of a baby for 2-2.5 weeks. That's what is telling me fasting is the key. I had never been so clear for such a consistent amount of time
I suppose it has to heal eventually, once the toxins are completely gone. It's amazing how much junk is in our bodies!
An unrelated question, When one water fasts, is it acceptable to consume cellulose? I want to take a milk thistle/dandelion root herbal liver booster while I fast but am unsure if I should A) Take it as a pill or B) Crack open the capsule and empty its contents into water and dispose of the cellulose. (The vegetarian capsule is the cellulose and its only purpose is to hold the herbs)
