I wouldn't fast, my own opinion. When the system is so wonky anyhow, with so many things being out of balance (vitamins/minerals, blood Sugar etc, I don't think fasting would be a good idea.

JAB- someplace down there, Best mentioned that he had taken bottles and bottles of Zymex 2.

I also agree with what he said too- I know it's one that Sutter says to take for tapeworms, and all it is is Bromelain, Papain, and Ficin (fig) enzymes--what I have not liked about it, is that I have never found where they give the strength of the enzymes.

IMO, taking Bromelain in between meals (away from protein) does the same thing, for less money.

Ascaris put out an enzyme inhibitor, so they don't get "digested" themselves. Bromelain has been indicated for about everyone here anyhow, and especially for clean up when parasites have been killed. I'm in favor of the enzymes, and do think they help get through the tougher outsides of parasites like Ascaris and tapeworm.

All of the VRM products have bromelain or papain in them.

Intestinal Freedom is a parasite herbal product that did work well for me- it has the bromelain, papain, and ficin like zymex 2 does, but also with the herbs too.
