I'm just guessing, but it sounds lymph related to me. My sister would get lumps along the jaw and other places that were lymph.

Regardless of whether it is lymph or not, it wouldn't hurt for you to work on getting your lymph system flowing. I'm sure you already know about rebounding for lymph, and massage, but if you can afford one (or borrow one), maybe try an ultra sound massager and try using some castor oil as the gel. They're supposed to be good for getting lymph moving. I've only just a few days ago started using one, so I can't quite yet give my testimony on it. I've just once used it with some Blue Goo for some hip pain, and once used it with castor oil over my ribs that are over the liver/gall bladder area.
