there is a big lump under my right cheek bone
you can't see it
but i can feel it if i massage both my cheeks

Had a similar problem, turned out to be teeth related. Part of a root left in jaw from extraction, crack root on tooth with a root canal. Got root canals, got sickness? still have several to be extracted. Took looking like something out of the night of the living dead. Went to three or four denists, before the problem was seen. Then they wanted to do a second root canal on two of the teeth. Had lumps other places as well. Lumps are leaving. Tweet
