This is a good plan. I wanted to ask since you commented about my breaks, how long do you usually break for? I plan on doing my fasting for 5-7 days and hopefully lose 10-15 lbs each time until I get below 200 lbs, or really 180 lbs would be best lol. I am going to start fasting again Monday, so I've been off my fast for 2 weeks by the time I start again. I am also only having fruits over the weekend so it hopefully won't be so bad. I do not want to go through the same experience as last time. Oh and what do you eat when you break, or how many calories daily?
