Fast for 7 days or more until I get another stone off - this will be a long one - so I will need support for this - Water only - 2nd Goal: 14Stone/ 196
Break for 4 days
Fast until I lose another 7lbs and weight gained from eating.
3rd Goal Weight: 189
Hopefully reached by: End of August
