There is a lot of good information on it.Just because you are not thirsty does not mean that you are not dehydrated. The body has a rationing mechanism that controls our thirst feelings according to the information. I think they may be on to something. I would still only drink water according to thirst while fasting to optimize the cleanse, however, when not fasting, increasing water intake could be very healthy if it is not overdone. I think it would be worth your time to explore this.
