Re: My 19th flush

NP :).

It doesn't just take Antibiotics and sweets to cause candida. If he's ever eaten a lot of non-organic meats or consumed a lot of tap water, this could also create an environment condusive to candida. The Antibiotics in the meat and the chlorine in the water will both kill the good bacteria in the digestive tract leaving it open to yeast overgrowth. From there, simply eating grains or fruits will provide enough 'sugar' for the candida to move in.

Something else you might want to look into is the Water Cure . It's supposed to help a lot of symptoms.

A quick rundown is this:

You should take your bodyweight, divide it in half, and drink that much water each day in ounces (ie. a 200 lb person would need 100 ounces of water each day). If you drink any caffeine or alcohol you need to drink an equal amount of water on top of the base daily need. Also, for every litre (32 ounces) of water you drink, you should take a 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined Sea Salt . Others recommend Himalayan salt but I've never tried it myself.

Dr. Batamanghelidj is the pioneer in this field. His website can be found here:
http://www.watercure.com. There's also a forum regarding this subject in curezone.

I've had my mercury fillings removed but found it made little difference, but my mercury levels were also not overly elevated. so I can't really comment on that potential.

I hope you figure out what the root of the problem is.

Cheers,

Bambam
