Re: ALERT! Evacuations underway in Michigan!

To answer your question, generally an evacuation is really dangerous at least down here in the south. In the hurricane evacuations often deaths occur because people move into the path of the storm, and they die because of the disorganizion between states & agencies, run out of gas there is never enough) stuck on bridges and so on.
Generally it means that your house gets evacuated as well.
Hurricanes are unpredictable, evacuations have a bad reputation down here.
I've been evacuated from wildfires, that is much different, it's over if a few hours generally, and the danger from the fires is so great that people ALL leave, because to stay behind means to get burned up.
On a personal note, I notice that I never did get my question about you answered, I didn't ask if you worked for BP, I did ask if you are a shareholder?
It does seem to me that you have some personal stake in setting all of us straight, I just can't figure out why it's so important to you to do so, and why it upsets you so much when we get curious about why you are doing it.
Just wondering....
