Re: Why does mainstream medicine deny the notion of Candidiasis?

I thought I would add my two cents to this one.
My research is showing there are many other microbial life forms causing problems associated with fungal issues. The white tongue and other problems are basically the body's response to something parasitic.
If fungi were to grow in your body out of control, you will not survive. Certain fungi are very tricky, and are parasitic to the body. This will only happen if the species infecting is highly pathogenic, or if the host has immune type that allows opportunistic species to gain a foothold. This type of infection [parasitic] will only cause symptoms, but will not kill the host, unless there is a significant compromise in the host immunity.

To eliminate any parasite from the body is a big job, and will require months of conscientious attention to diet and lifestyle. Many times, it is for life.

Personally, I believe the solution is to reestablish the microbionome of the host. This is something still not researched enough to do effectively. The method would involve wiping out present microbial status, and replace it in stages.
It should alter the host complete body chemistry affecting PH levels and hormonal balances. The starting point will likely be e coli > B infantis > acidophilus etc. Although I am just speculating on that.
Fecal transplantation from compatible donor may be something to research as well.

As far expecting your doctor to have a clue about any of this is a fantasy. We live in a world of access to information never, ever, seen in the history of humans on this planet. The collective research from all of us, will be the holy grail to discovering solutions for our chronic health issues. Shroom
