Re: 3rd day of UT and less drink
I am relatively new here, just over 4 weeks on UT, and I haven't lost a pound. Are you doing this mainly to lose weight?
Most of my reading on this topic (quite a bit because why do it unless you are convinced?) involves results such as skin and organs cleansed, feelings of lightness and peace, ease of some physical and emotional distress. I have not heard that this is a weight loss program.
The only time I radically lost weight was when I ate an all raw diet consisting mainly of fruits, salads, juices, and smoothies. The
pounds dropped off and most of the time people who saw me assumed I was anorexic, but I have also read about people who have tried a raw food diet and gained weight.
There is no hard and fast rule for everybody. We each have unique combinations of structures, chemistries, genetics, and other factors.
