ok, I have faithfully done this for 3 days now
- drink a lot ( except for the first one in the morning ) and also stopping at around 7pm ( found out it prevents me from sleeping and keeps me alert)
-drinking a lot of water which i naturally do
- eating very little- mostly fruits and one piece of bread here ( sunday) a small cup of pasta there( monday)
-exercising 1 hour each day (half cardio half strength, lot of sweat)not unusual either, i have used regular low cal and fitness to lose some weight since last nov.
as a result: only 1 pound gone!!!
now I can tell for sure when I do as seriously as I have these few days, I should have 2+
pounds gone( at least water weight!!) so what is going on? is there something in my urine that retains the water? salt maybe? I don't understand. My urine is not strong and the taste has become rather pleasant.... not as sweet as the week i did fruits only, but still not a problem of bitterness or salt... so what is it?anyone has an idea?
anyway, I decided to drink much less of it for a few days... using just a few chucks and keeping the rest for masssaging. and we'll see.
i think i have also isolated a problem i did not think ( or did not know) I could have. when eating the slice of bread on sunday and the pasta on monday , I got "hit"
by a bad headache right after the bread and sudden fatigue or drowsiness after the pasta... they're both wheat based... could I have a wheat ( or gluten) sensitivity?.. need to look into this more. But right now, I need to determine what amount of UT drink is ok for my goals...
Please let me know if you happen to stumble on my questions and have an idea...
