but in the past this hasn't worked, I went full into the SCD diet years back when things fell apart (about two years after getting my Amalgams out
I get whiteheads, esp. on the face and elsewhere so I assumed it was a sign I have a milk protein allergy, not lactose intolerance, so I figured why push my immune system. even butter does the same thing
not sure if my gut liked it or not, gut was messed up then really bad
maybe you have some different info on that for me
and maybe now that I am on doctrine and working it this way things might work different
raw goats milk doesn't work, I did try that two years ago. Gut was ok, but wake up at 4-5am and I am wired and sweating and can't fall back asleep, so after a few days I am exhausted
grains do that also, even supps with just a little bit of rice powder, so the disaccharide thing with SCD makes sense
jdp dowsed that after taking moly for awhile i would be able to handle SCD yogurt....that would be so awesome!
lots of rounds of ala and dmsa haven't shifted this yet...
but now I learning about layers and the parasites,etc.
I probably have a lot of incorrect assumptions on things in my experience

well, even small amounts of fruits have created muscle weakness and pain, enough so going up the stairs creates significant knee pain and then I stop eating the fruit or sweetner and gets better in a few days...which of course is realy not that good....
I am talking like a small handful of blueberries or a half teaspoon of honey.
I am off to the store to get some malt and I will give it try.
