Here's the gist:
Sea salt = mercury, other heavy metals, whatever the hell else was in whatever polluted water they evaporated it out of
Iodized table salt = no heavy metals, additional Iodine supplement

...not a very difficult call, if you ever stopped to think about it instead of buying into marketing.

As to there not being enough Iodine in it, yeah, it's nowhere near enough at first glance, though more than you would think... why? Candidiasis sufferers are also generally sodium deficient, which is further made worse by the fact that you're drinking insane amounts of water (if you aren't - you should be). YOU NEED TO EAT MORE SALT ANYWAY. It is good for YOU (bad for your neighbour, bad for your dog, bad for your kid... GOOD for you).
