Do liver flukes take my nutrients too, as well as the tapeworms? If so, it's no wonder I don't have much left!

How many rounds does one typically need to get rid of liver flukes? They are just a royal pain in the liver! Do I keep doing Humaworm to get rid of them, or just the liver cleanse?
