my progress (4 flushes)...comments welcome!!

well, i did my fourth flush 2 days ago, today i was very very clear...prob it will fade away again but i'll keep it as hope...that i'll come there where i want..

i just really wonder why some get 300 stones etc every time and i only about 50/60

every time i get about 10/20 from 1 cm
and about 40 between 0,3 and 1 cm
and then some gravel

the last time i got 70 stones..

i only did psyllium for my bowels and i ordered yesterday Oxypowder ,
i'm not going into enema's for this time yet, but i really want to be sure of my bowels and i'll try the Oxypowder maybe it will help... my movements are about 2-3 a day...not bad, but i still think there is a problem hidden that involves my bowels... i never got any large parasite out, i know there is candida... so i just dont know, i just have a gutfeeling, i didnt focus yet on everything which is needed i think...

i have lipomas and i think andreas or someone said that that means about 4000 stones at least...at this rate i need years then :-) lol... but we'll see...
i dont know on what he based those numbers...

i just try to follow my intuition toghether with 2 year health knowledge...and read as many testimonials...i removed my Amalgams 1/2 year ago...

but today was no brain fog...so prob the Liver Flush does something..
i also noticed i kind of felt my liver moving when doing the flush which was a very new feeling, i never feel my organs clear...
