She needs to do a HUMAWORM first - then the other cleanses - I would also recommend the Anti-Viral after the HUMAWORM in case her pneumonia is viral - the the Anti-Biotic after that in case it is bacterial.

You too can do the HUMAWORM - the balls sound like liver flukes to me. The cream will help with the eczema patches.
