Your Liver and Lung Cleanse with pneumonia

Hi I have a sister who's had pneumonia for years and isn't seeing any improvement, would it be safe for her to do your liver and kidney cleanse with her pneumonia.

As or me I have done a number of liver cleanses and currently colon cleansing - I've seen alot of stuff come out but my skin still has eczema not severely but I have it reoccurring in places. I feel hungry all the time and I know this is a sign of parasites. I have seen like little white/slightly green balls when I relieve myself - could this be liver stones from the liver flushing, haven't done one in a while, or something else.
