hi i can sympathise i have had it for 3 yrs too and it has been gettin worse and it is just horrible!

i am on tablets called mobic that help and keeping a good posture will help open ur rib cage,

natural alternatives that could help include fish oil, or anti-inflamitory foods: pineapple, green tea, ginger etc

if u got to a physio they may be able to suggest strengthening exercises but they may also aggrevate it.
