The problem is that you can have a severe case or a mild case of candida. To know whether you have either, you couls try the no Sugar diet for a few weeks and then introduce fruit again to see wheter or not you react.
I used to be on the no fruit, no Sugar diet (xylitol and stevia for my sweet tooth)and now I can introduce fruit again as I am almost there.
I would strongly suggest you adhere to the no Sugar diet. Yeast feeds on sugar and carb and you will heal much faster if you stop feeding it.
