anti candidas diet/yeast infection/yeast allergy

I took the york lab test 2 months ago and I was told I had very strong allergy to yeast. Also I have taken a few questionnairs from some reputable sources and all the symtoms like perpetual colds and flue, joint pains for no reason, dandruff, easy bruising,IBS and constant fatigue fit classicaly with me.I've also been suffering from Depression and anxiety for other reasons for all my life but I think it has definately been exaggerated because of my yeast full dietand my craving for Sugar foods.

After my nutritionist(i had a free consultaton because of the york test,i don't otherwise have a nutritionist) told me what items I could exclude which pretty much includes everything with salt Sugar and yeast in it,I was left wondering what I could actually eat.

I haven't excluded Sugar and salt completely from the diet but every other source of yeast like alcohol, bread, vinegar has been excluded.

I can't say I feel great yet ,I have really low eneregy and confusion over what to take.I've read a few books like the yeast syndrome, the candida diet etc..but there's conflicting info. Some people carry on taking fruits, cheese, sugar freejam etc but others tell you to stop as they are strong sources of yeast and sugar. Not sure which way to go and if anyone else has had the same problems on the anti-yeast diet.

Along with this I was told to take the probiotic lactobacillus, on my own accord iam taking gentle vit C which helps to get rid of toxins and also digestive enzymes and spirullina superfood.I have also ordered in the post L Glutamine which helps reduce sugar cravings,I wasn't sure how much of a sweet tooth i had until now and Caprylic acid as an antifungal treatment .Am I overdoing it too soon.?..:)
