thank you...I am so sorry if you saw the pic I did write

and then I posted a link.....I would never show that to someone without warning them first.....so sorry if you saw it when you didn't want to...

is there anything I can do about this on my own? or does a doctor treat it...or does it just go away after a certain amount of time? I kind of live on ibuprofin and tylenol becuase of headaches and other joint pains, but obviously that hasnt done anything....its quite annoying to have that there and makes it hard to breathe sometimes
