Hello everyone, I am new to this forum although not necessarily new to fasting. I have fasted a couple of times for 3 days at the most in the past 3 years. I have always wanted to do an extended fast but have never been able to make it past day 3. My average length is 24 hours. I have actually just did a 24 hour with the intention of doing a 10 day fast a week ago. I have restarted my fast and am in the 15th hour. I am not physically hungry but my mind can only think of food and nothing else. I have been browsing the website for tips and tricks to stop thinking of food but it is getting harder and harder so I thought I would join this forum and ask for help. Finally please forgive me for posting a question that seems to have already been asked and answered in other threads.
