I've done 7 Liver Flushes so far, and did a colonic only after the 3rd one. I have a great enema which I purchased from healthandyoga.com If you dont have an enema, then yes you should always do a colonic after a liver flush. Make sure you massage your tummy area to release any stones or debree that might be stuck on the intestinal walls. Poke it, rub it, love it!!! Get those damn stones out of you!!! Much respect. Tweet
