This may be a type of parasitic fungi. You should try and find an expert as soon as possible. Do everything you can in the natural remedies for fungal infections in the mean time. Contact universities if you have to. You want a "mycologist". The fungi is likely in a form which is blood bound, but it may manifest in body fluids, or skin scrapings. This will be important for cultures.
You are not alone, this is a wide spread phenomenon. Salt baths should be helpful-lots of salt. It would be ideal to get on heavy anti fungal treatment, but this will unlikely be possible through a doctor. Some have reported oregano oil to be effective, but anything stronger is advisable. shroom
