Re: My Thought on Being Brainwashed

" you give "people" too much credit. Most, not all, couldn't care less as long as they have their habits satisfied. Give them their teet to suckle and the sucklers dismiss conspiracies as an inconvenience, rather than anything worthwhile. "

I disagree with your assesment, or rather I think its relative to where you are. I don't see people around me that could care less, (maybe a few, but they are a few, not the majority). I see a great deal of people who are working out who the real enemy is, and aren't buying all the intentional added complexities. Sometimes it is very simple.

I see people who are willing to change, to make things better for their fellow human beings, and future human beings.

There is a change in consciousness happening, to a greater or lesser degree, depending on where you live.

Yep, and sometimes it does take a catalyst to get people to want to change. For some, change only takes place when they get to the very bottom of a pit, only then will they look for a way out. I don't think we're quite at the bottom of the pit yet, (globally speaking), but we are close, and there are some that don't want to get to the bottom before they make changes in their lives, and this number is growing daily.

Heres another adage, one I'm fond of, "Fear brings reaction, knowledge brings change".
