I can understand. Originally I had done some research but not for the psa. My husband's MD told him to use flomax for an enlarged gland.
I looked it up and will you believe that is just to relax the muscles so you get improve flow.
Anyhow I found supplements for his problems and now after two months the stop and go of the flow is gone.

Since I had not done a search under psa, I just tried and found a thread which might be interesting to you.
