 I am sorry but I misunderstood your question. I thought your were talking about Bipolar Disorder, instead of Personality Disorder. Hence my revised answer.


I feel Borderline Personality Disorder should first of all be treated from a physiological point of view. To blame the parenting you received can not fully explain why you have these problems  to-day, if you have them at all. Not knowing you personally I don't know how severe the illness, or whether you just suffer from mood swings. All I can say that most personality problem do benefit from going on a Hypoglycemic diet .


Generally speaking Borderline Personality Disorders can mean anything at all. Whatever the symptoms are it is most likely to be symptoms of Hypoglycemia. My advise to investigate this first.
