Are you consuming any dairy products? Dairy increases mucus such as phlegm or sputum. Iodine also loosens phlegm/sputum. I've spit/coughed up some nasty stuff after consuming any dairy. The best way that I found to get it to move is by simple exercise, not even for long. For example, some pushups, like 3 reps of 10, for a total of 30, with short breaks in between. Situps/crunches will yield the same results if you do at least 50, in my experience. Afterwards, it's a matter of hocking that loogie!

Regarding the Bladderwrack, do you know the source of the kelp? UC Davis tested samples of different kelp and found high levels of arsenic in the majority. Have you contacted the company that provides your source of kelp and inquired about the contents of the kelp? Surely they test its toxicity or use some outside third party.

I would stop the chelators as a test, Iodine alone increases excretion of bromide, fluoride, mercury, and lead. Once you feel comfortable with Iodine, then wean in more chelators. Are your tonsils flaring up? It could be causing your voice issues. Take the Zinc, Sulfur, Selenium, Silica, and any other complementary minerals by some time away from Iodine.

If you can, get an Iodine loading test. Consider trying not just iodine, but Iodide as well. For example, Iodoral is 5mg iodine and 7.5mg potassium iodide. The point is that iodine and Iodide forms have different tissue affinity and affects.

As for the stress in your life, distance is best physically and in your mind. We've all got some issues with something, usually, but it is how we manage that stress. I, for example, think about the multiple stressors and use picture representations in my mind to push them at a distance. Kind of like when you can picture a Math problem in thin air and solve it one piece at a time. The same technique works to rid my stressors away from me by similar projection. I've been around a narcissist, eventually moved away from one. There's no pleasing, fixing, fighting, or anything that seems to have a reasonable outcome with someone so stuckup. You've just got to play the game right back, almost like an actor/actress playing a role. If you can manifest the things that bother you into reality from within and manipulate them metaphysically, then you can learn to release them rather than cling on to them. If that does not work, then make a list of reasonable actions/goals to reach a point of happiness and follow through one step at a time.
