My Iodine experience so far, voice-loss...

I've been taking about 6 caps of 300 mcg Iodine, bladderwrack, kelp a day, along w/ zinc & other suppliments and my voice seems to be getting worse. I often cough up thick slightly green chunks, appearantly from my lungs. Most days, I'll take a chelation suppliment also, like EDTA or ALA.

Just now, I put some provodone Iodine on my throat for the first time since my voice-loss many weeks ago and it immediately absorbed it all. I had to swab it about 12 times and each time it absorbed it all, until the very end. Now I finally have a bit of brownish coloring on my throat. I noticed that my lymph glands were all tender & swollen, almost as if I had goiter or something.

I suspect this EDTA & ALA & perhaps IP6 (perhaps not) I've been taking is purging my body of Iodine. Hrmm... Well, I'm probably the only person that actually emptys the pills directly on to the tongue, & chews it up before swallowing. Perhaps the coating is supposed to protect the throat/thyroid from touching the EDTA on the way down. What a concept!

Anyways, I hope that my body will finally start absorbing this Iodine & using it & keeping it. I'll quit the chelation for a while, again, 7 not chew it up anymore. I hoped that 3600 mcg of Iodine, in it's natural state, kelp, would do the job. I hope this is a simple Iodine deficiency problem. I may dose much more from now on & chew up the iodine so it comes in contact w/ my throat on the way down. I stayed up almost all night last night & I wonder if it's because I ate so many kelp pills, yet, my throat was still starving for Iodine, if the providone is any indicator. The color should last at least 24 hours, right?

Input & insights welcomed. I have father issues, but time, and that is related to the throat, from what I read from this site. I cannot help it though. My dad's a raging gaslighting, lying, tyrant Narcissist from hell. The only solution w/ him is No Contact, as with most major Narcissists. Nothing I can do there, but I'm working on releasing emotions w/ David Bercelli's Trauma Release process. Quite fascinating & I believe it works, but I'm not entirely convinced quite yet. Still need to do it more. Love to all in our healing & educational journeys. FIGHT THE POWER! (as long as it's trying to kill, control, & keep us in the dark)
