Tapeworm?

Is this tapeworm? PLEASE HELP
Symptoms include IBS, Constipation, if I'm not having constipation than it's diarrhea,burping, recently I've noticed bad breath and a bad taste in mouth.
I've always had allergies but the allergies are SO bad now.
Also, I have asthma, but really started wheezing non-stop
Nausea, hives, migranes, muscle aches, joint aches, fatigue
I went to the Dr. for a 'physical' and asked her about parasites and she laughed it off. She didn't understand why anyone might think they have worms. I was embarrassed
