Candida/Leaky Gut connection to histamine?

Some months ago, I thought I had histadelia, as I have all of the symptoms just like Candida and leaky gut. I really bad allergies at the time, but all allergies went away after starting up on the candida regimen.

However, my sinuses still bother me greatly. They get really stuffed up, some times more than others. When I yawn, my eyes water and my sinuses get more blocked. Isn't this from histamine? Since leaky gut creates many problems for the body and mind including allergies, maybe I am still eating something that I shouldn't be.. but I've tried cutting so many things out in the past two years. Is it possible to distinguish some of these symptoms from candida and leaky gut/intolerances? It is most likely that I have both, but if these symptoms tell me that I am still eating a food I am intolerant to, I need to find out somehow, as it's crucial to get my immune system back on track. I occasionally notice a rash on one of my legs every once in a while. Obviously something isn't right.
