I agree the longer the better applies to chelation protocols to make sure you get rid of as much mercury as possible, some would say chelation should be done for at least a year, others 3 months... different protocols and approaches recommend different lengths too

Different strokes for different folks I guess!

I am just following my own routine using the knowledge gained from long term research and feeling my way through it, so far I have had great results so I will continue as long as possible. Its not cheap though!

Also for anyone reading my protocol and considering a similar approach, I used ALA at 100mg 3 times daily for one day and the side effects were too powerful so I stopped that and continue with the rest with very little side effects and some positive results. I recommend not using ALA unless you follow the Cutler protocol.
