Chiron,
ever thought of changing your rebounder? as rebounding (gentle ups and downs) is meant to do away with "jarring". I don't find it "jarring" at all, unless you're in training for an Olympic event!!!

The significant part is the opposing forces of acceleration and deceleration working with and against gravity that the body receives the most benefit, unlike any other exercise method.
Exercise at the "cellular-level" no less, not just for the lymph.
