Re: Anyone have INSOMNIA after fasting?

Hi valerie444,
Insomnia is usually related to the quantity and quality of food that you eat, so someone who eats more will usually sleep more: ever watch someone who has had a "hearty meal" and then sat in the armchair while watching TV?
They are asleep within minutes.

If you are eating healthily (and by that I presume a plant-based and (hopefully) a properly combined diet), then try an exercise regimen. The very best of these is "rebounding" with P.A.C.E. (progressively accelerating cardiopulmonary exertion) sounds technical and highfalutin, but it isn't really.

The above exercise will improve your sleep patterns and your overall health immeasurably.....................

Oh. Did I mention that rebounding is supported by N.A.S.A. and P.A.C.E. is supported by numerous studies from Harvard and employed by the American Military!!!

Happy bouncing.
