If they come out at night it sounds like pinworms to me. They are easy to find. Get on a latex glove & when you feel that itch, try to pull some out. They are translucent white & wiggly, point on one end, small. I got rid of mine years ago with no return thru keeping my anal orifice slathered with Noxzema 24/7 (reapplying after bowel movements) for at least 2 weeks, & using hot water & bleach on clothing & bed clothes. Maybe neosporin or even eucalyptus (in Noxzema) home made cream wouild do the same.

I got rid of 2-3 huge, garter snake sized (no cuhlooo they were there) Ascaris thru use of Wormwood on an empty stomach, followed by Bentonite clay & psyllium husks several hours later to push them on out after the Wormwood stunned them. I actually did not do this purposely to get the ascaris, & was shocked when I saw them in the toilet. I was just doing general, various methods of parasite cleansing & bowel cleansing & saw what that combo yielded - thank Heaven.

Whatever you see or think you have, there are likely to be various kinds you don't know about, also. You need a varieity of approaches to kill them all, & ongoing maintainence.
