the people who under-hype the problem are almost practicing a form of subtle abuse. it is called blame the victim for their imagined hysteria.
Noone is blaming the victim. In order to blame the victim as you put it the symptoms would have to be psychosomatic. But noone has said these symptoms are psychosomatic. The symptoms can be real, but as I pointed out in another post on my forum I find it interesting that the symptoms people are attributing to mercury toxicity are not symptoms of mercury poisoning. People are misdiagnosing themselves because they read some bogus crap on a website somewhere that mercury amalgams cause everything from hangnails to low body temperature. This is why I am always warning people to be careful with self diagnosis, especially when they are getting their medical information from bogus information sites.
