Until the marriage between the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies is dissolved and FDA officials start going to jail for their illegal acts things are not going to change. For example it has been reported for over 30 years that more than 150 FDA officials own stock in the pharmaceutical companies they regulate in direct violation of insider trading laws. Martha Stewart went to prison for violating insider trading laws, but not one FDA official has even been arrested for this crime.
You're smart enough to take them to task and save all of us Hv! What a challange, but so worth it. Could you press charges on them?
