after many years of using various remedies to get regular again I came across a post that mentioned golden flax seed, 2 tbs 2x a day fresh ground. I have found it to work excellent. I now am at regular movements 2 to 3x a day easily with no work. I have grapefruit or smoothie for breakfast and lunch usually and full dinner. BM seem to heavier and much cleaner. Makes no mess on tp after. Someone gave me flax seed that is not golden and it seems to work just as well. I grind a days worth at a time and put in a little juice. Drink quick or it gets slimy.
