Hi KleanJay I have been suffering with gastritis for 20 or more years now, and had to take medication for the bad heartburn. I started ut about a month a go because I was tired of all the pain, and willing to do anything to git rid of the pills. I still get the heartburn but just suffer though it and stay away from the meds. Did you suffer with this condition and how long did you go before you got results. I would also like to know about your fast and what did you eat and how much urine did you drink. I have noticed some benefits my back pain is gone, and I can tell my eye site is better.
