Re: Copper and Candida

ok.. so i have just recently discovered that I might have candida. I have suffered from yeast infections that just wont go away for a very long time now. I keep asking the doctors but they think I am crazy and don't know what I am talking about.

As related to copper. I recently had an IUD put in as a form of birth control. It was a copper one because I didn't want the hormones of the other IUD's to react with my body. After having put in the copper IUD I noticed more pain and more yeast infections.

I think that you are absolutley right with the idea that copper and candida are related. I hope that I can find a cure to my problem soon. I had the IUD removed.. but am still suffering from the problems of candida.
