Anus Tickle, Itch, & Chronic Constipation

I have not been to the doctor or tested, nor have I seen any evidence of parasites in my stool, but based on my symptoms, I believe I just may have them.

Symptoms: chronic constipation and anus tickle/itch.

Important things to know:

a. I've suffered from constipation all my life, but was able to regulate it by becoming a vegetarian. However, after pigging out on junk food for a month or so, I got clogged back up. But when I switched back to my raw organic vegan diet and 12 glasses of water, after a month, I was still constipated!

b. I've also had several yeast infections over the years, but for this past month, it seemed that no matter how many Monistats I've taken, my vagina and anus are itchy. Also, at night, my anus tickles (which I suspect is POSSIBLY a worm).

c. I'm celibate, so I know this is not an STD.

After doing some extensive research, I diagnosed myself as having parasites and dashed to the health food store. I'm currently on my first day of ParaGONE, and I'm following the diet to a tee (not hard since I'm already a vegetarian). I'm also eating garlic, taking Olive Leaf and Oil of Oregano supplements, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Cayenne Pepper.

QUESTIONS:
1. When should I expect results from taking ParaGONE?

2. I don't want to take laxatives or enemas, because I don't want my body to get dependent on them, but if I DON'T go to the bathroom, how long should I wait before taking a laxative (Smooth Move)?

3. Also, is the anus tickle a sign that I have ALOT of worms or parasites? A sign that I have had them for a long time?

4. When should I expect die-off?
