Question about insomnia

Hi Unyquity,

My daughter has severe insomnia, has had it for years, she is now 22.

We've tried all the herbal remedies we could find, as well as vitamin/mineral suggestions, and all the good insomnia tips we could ever find. Nothing works.

It occurred to me that we are attacking it from the wrong angle. If the insomnia is caused by an underlying problem, then all the supplements in the world will not help. The underlying condition needs to be addressed.

I was wondering, if possibly, her adrenals, at her age could be the problem, and maybe your adrenal formula will help her?

It could possibly be her thyroid, she has symptoms of a sluggish thyroid, but of course, blood tests came back saying she is fine. If it is her thyroid, I don't know what to do about that.

But I know adrenals and thyroid can be connected, which is why I thought your adrenal formula might work.

Thanks, Jo.
