Re: Could a HPV protocol be similar to HSV protocol?

Interesting enough I was just doing some great research and found that increasing your PGE1 and PGE3 LEvels and reducing PGE2 is essential to promote a big T cell response and stimulate the immune system. PGE is short for prostoglandins which are made in the body from essential fatty acids. essential being we can't make it ourselves.

You can get PGE1 as the body makes it from GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid) according to experts dosage should be 150-350mg. The most direct sources of GLA besides grains and veggies is
1. Spirulina
2. oils of borage, evening primose, black currant

Reducing PGE2 is achieved by eating less animal sourced foods like meats, eggs, peanuts and dairy. Reason being is they are high sources of the fatty acid AA (arachidonic acid) and AA is converted into PGE2 in the body and can inhibit proper immune responses.

PGE3 is made in the body from EPA and DHA which is made from ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid or commonly known as Omega 3) foods like flax and pumpkin seeds and dark greens. DHA and EPA are great direct sources for the body to make PGE3 and sources are from fish and fish oils.

I recommend cod liver oil ..big doses like 10,000 IU equivalent for Vitamin A. READ THE LABEL. varies greatly
