Re: heart attack symptoms and candida

Your symptoms are likely from acid reflux, which can mimic a heart attack.  The indigestion you mentioned is from fermentation in the stomach, which is the precursor to acid reflux. Here is more on that:

Gallbladder attacks can also mimic a heart attack. And women are more prone to gallstones due to their higher estrogen and progesterone levels that contribute to gallstone formation.  Digestive bitters, lecithin granules and fiber can help with this as well as the indigestion and arterial plaque.

It does not sound like a heart issue since for one thing heart pain is not long lasting like that.  Other good news is that heart disease IS NOT hereditary.  I have a two page write up on heart disease I can e-mail to you that will tell you how to clean the arteries and keep them clean naturally. Just send me a PM with the request and an e-mail address so I can attach the file.

You should also check your basal body temperature since hypothyroidism is a primary cause of heart disease:

Again women are more prone to hypothyroidism due to their higher estrogen levels, which suppress thyroid function.

As for the Candida the best way to address this is by restoring the flora, which produce the acids that keep Candida in its benign yeast form and turns off the Candida growth gene. Kefir and cultured foods are great for this.  You will also need to feed the flora with fibers that they also need to generate the acids. Rice bran, oat bran, FOS and gums (guar, xanthan, glucomannan, etc.) are all great for feeding the flora.
