Re: day one of water fast.
who can argue with a BlueSky?
in itself, a wondrous blessing for the whole world.
I hope that you feel that same way--( about "you") because with that feeling, would come a sense of certainty, an appreciation for what's possible and an integral humility that would altogether amount to Grace, Bigtime. :-)
sixty days of water is a long time.(some have added in vitamins and minerals, and this is a whole different thing... anturally, people might be concerned. For the best interaction, it would be helpful to get more sense of where you are at, now. And whether you plan to conduct a water-only fast...)
Wishing you well! --and naturally, curious to hear that you *know what you are embarking on*. Have you read any of the fasting masters on the Soil and Health Library--(such a great resource) or, perhaps--you have their books?
You've done master cleanses, one would guess--They are quite wonderful; but personally, I found
The Master Cleanse "harder" than the WF, and not nearly the healer and the shifter of worldview...they are very different; one, the cleanser, the other the radical mover. Is this your first water fast?
Anyway--questions aside: best wishes--Keep us posted !!!
and share more, also, of where things are now, if you feel so inspired.
regards, Chiron
